Al Marjan Island will host Ras Al Khaimah’s first W hotel in 2027
Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Marjan Island is set to introduce its inaugural W hotel by 2027, a venture spearheaded by Dalands Holdings in collaboration with Marriott International, marking a significant expansion in both the hospitality and development sectors.
Scheduled to unveil its doors in early 2027, the “W Al Marjan Island” will boast an impressive 300 rooms and suites, providing an exquisite escape enveloped by the breathtaking Yanas and Jais mountains. This establishment signifies the maiden W hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, a testament to the increasing allure of Al Marjan Island, which has become a focal point for growth and deal-making, as evidenced by Accor’s recent engagement with the destination.
With an eye on the region’s evolving landscape, Saahil Lalit, Vice-President of Development for the Middle East at Marriott International, articulated,
